About This Site & Disclaimer
What this site is
MonumentHillsRealEstate.com is an independent website that summarizes public information about the planned Monument Hills community in northwest Las Vegas.
Independent, not affiliated
This site is not the official Monument Hills website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Monument Hills developer, any homebuilder, the City of Las Vegas, the Bureau of Land Management, or any government agency. We use the name "Monument Hills" only to identify the project we're writing about.
What we don't do
- We don't sell homes or land, take deposits, or keep interest lists.
- We don't publish prices, availability or renderings that aren't official and public.
Accuracy
We only publish facts we can tie to a public source, and we date our information. Plans for large communities change, so always confirm with official sources before making decisions. Nothing here is legal, financial or real estate advice.
Fair housing
We support the Fair Housing Act and equal housing opportunity.
